Sol Efroni leads the Systems Biomedicine Lab at the Mina and Everard Goodman Faculty of Life Sciences, Bar-Ilan University. He trained across physics, mathematics and biology, and did his PhD at the Weizmann Institute of Science with David Harel and Irun Cohen, modeling thymocyte development as an executable statechart system. The lab works on T cell repertoires, cancer systems biology and machine learning.
